The Ideal Workforce

The Nattering One muses... Look no further for corporate America's ideal future workforce (from 2004).


The problem is the contractors pay $3 a day per laborer, the average cost for the taxpayer to provide those laborers is $200 per day ($75K per year). 


The expansion of the system continues unabated. Obviously investments in GEO Group (Wackenhut) and CCA have paid some well.
