Pabulum - The Stuff That Dreams Are Made Of
At a financial forum... Robert Duval commented: "You who would jump in and say the Fed is non - partisan? Please. Grow up and graduate to solid food. It is what it is."
Our Nattering deviates ever so slightly... our "whores on the hill" (legislative, judicial, executive) are truly as non partisan as can be. The party line is exactly that, a line of bull for mass consumption.
At the end of the day, this exclusive country club, frat pack of in-trust attorneys, glad hand and back slap each other, while smoking Cuban cigars, quaffing fine scotch in sifters, and laughing up a storm about the divisive, polarizing manipulation of the feeble minded public in order to achieve gridlock by design AKA "status quo". And that's why they call it "programming" and "pabulum" for the masses...
Speaking of "getting on the solid food"... these blue blooded cats are loyal only to their cause and sworn to whichever "john" or special interest has the most money to buy their "special" services... and in the case of the Fed, the house of finance (international) is their sponsor.
You do not get into the club and rise in the ranks without some serious sponsorship, as in being all bought and paid for. Why else would anyone spend $100 million for a Senate seat in Kentucky, when the job only pays $175K in chump change?
To be sure, this frat club does have a code of silence and conduct. If anyone gets wild ideas or out of line, they get a stiff dose of skeleton in the closet, conjured up scandal, whack job branding or the Dead Kennedy's special brand of lead poisoning.
For those who would jump in and say: "I'm a Democrat or I'm a Republican, and we have different values..." you should just say you have taken the bait or been "had".
Our system which was perfectly fine with 13 colonies and 2.4 million people in 1775, has had its use-fullness completely outstripped with 50 states and 320 million people. Wrought with much dysfunction, corruption and waste at this point, the dream of government by the people and for the people is exactly that. This is government by the special interest and for the rich. Anyone who thinks this Republic has been or ever will be a democracy is 100% naive and the stuff that dreams are made of, the ruling classes dreams that is.
