Terrorism Strikes PyeongChang Olympics?

It was bound to happen... Never Mind The Bollocks... Terrorism have struck at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games?

There was much monkeying around over the small wobbly package which was delivered at the speed skating event in Gangneung Oval on Friday.  From all appearances it would seem that gravity was working against the globally infamous perpetrator. 

In 519 previous offences over a 23 year span, being caught and fined numerous times has not deterred the serial offender, who hails from Peckham Rye in the London Borough of Southwark. 

Although this globally renowned cheeky monkey had previously revealed rationale and motives in a 2008 HBO interview, it would seem he broke a 5 year silence to deliver a very important message.
