Rubio's Hypothetical? Above, Marco Rubio details a "hypothetical" election tampering and manipulation scenario that could trigger a constitutional crisis.
Rubio's Not So Hypothetical? Above, testimony confirming that in 2016 the DHS and FBI reported Russia's election tampering in 21 different states to Congress, and that this actionable information was classified and kept secret from the public.
On Oct 7, 2016 DHS announced the Russian tampering to the public in no uncertain terms.
The U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) is confident that the Russian Government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from US persons and institutions, including from US political organizations. We believe, based on the scope and sensitivity of these efforts, that only Russia's senior-most officials could have authorized these activities.
Some states have also recently seen scanning and probing of their election-related systems, which in most cases originated from servers operated by a Russian company. However, we are not now in a position to attribute this activity to the Russian Government.Unfortunately, too many American's ignored a hostile foreign governments intervention in their national election, and instead followed more titillating or prurient interests with the same day video release below.
You have to ask yourself, what are the odd's of the tampering announcement and "p**sy grabber" video being released on the SAME DAY? Coordinated distraction? Coincidence? We think not and one can invoke Leroy Jethro Gibbs rules 39 and 39A.
Below, CNN's Michael Smerconish has the final word on the sound byte, ADD, elevator version, twitter affliction and "rubbernecking prurient instincts", from which many American's suffer.
