Such wishful thinking. Does this not eliminate all financial and automotive institutions?

Those who buried their head in the sand, burned their money and ran a flawed business model into the ground...

and are now being rewarded with billions in taxpayer money? Or those who through their hubris and greed; got us into this mess in the first place?
