Reflections, Bring in The Clowns

A Naybob of realty sends the latest cheer leading for a speedy recovery from RISMEDIA... "Multifamily Builder Confidence Up from Record Lows".

We respond "Recovery??? What recovery?? NONE IN SIGHT... look at how far off the housing numbers are.. this is a DISASTER."

Our Naybob of realty responds...

"We already know from thee November election that the public will believe anything that’s fed to them.

My better resources say this is hype as well and that we won’t see any light until later next year. But BO is sure talking up the “turnaround
”."

The Nattering One is inspired and muses...

At least BO is erudite and intelligent, but still nothing more than a toothless figurehead & puppet who is used by those truly in power to further their agenda.

That being nothing short of the complete ruination of this country (the great experiment) and the last vestiges of democracy itself.

Are you saying the housing numbers being hype??

I would hope not as those hard economic numbers don't lie and we are off over 50% from last year; 65% from the peak.

That was the entire economy, and there is NOTHING left to fall back on.

We refer you to one of our previous missives: An Age of Turbulence, Indeed

and this quote from Mencken: "the most devious and mediocre — the man who can most easily adeptly disperse the notion that his mind is a virtual vacuum.

The Presidency tends, year by year, to go to such men. As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal.

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron
."

We learned how stupid the American public was in the 2000 & 2004 elections... they elected a man that truly reflected their intellect, a total moron.

And the American public are now getting what they deserve, a real good and hard ass f***ing by the elitists.

The Right, fundamental Christian values (those who fervently believe in invisible deities), dangling chads in Florida and Diebold machines in Ohio...

have conspired to usher in the new inquisition, an economic and moralistic dark age...

where Gitmos and extreme renditions are allowed to exist to combat terroristic bogeymen...

a quagmire of moronic ideals and jingoistic flag waving from which we and our children's children will not recover for decades.

I really don't feel sorry for the American public, its the collateral damage of the innocents and as yet unborn that is most disturbing.

Anyone who can't read between the lines and doesn't believe in the housing, trucking or manufacturing numbers...

is delusional, in denial and being led astray to believe that a magically conjured recovery is coming.

My advice is go to the market, but do not buy the magic beans or drink the kool aid, as it will be fatal on the next down leg, which is coming.

There will be no turnarounds or light seen until the previously stated conditions in these pages...

regarding housing price/income ratios at 2.5X and repatriation of 5 million durable economic jobs are met.

These conditions are an immutable and undeniable fact that 25 years of economic deconstruction and misappropriation...

cannot be turned around in even 5 or 10 years by trickle down economic voodoo or monopoly money printing press economics.

These are logical certainties that can be banked upon and profited from as the hard economic truth's and reality make it...

easy to spot the liars, fools and false prophets wandering amongst the dazed and confused crowds of ass clowns known as the American public.

On consumer confidence report: Confidence may be high but will that actually translate into real, and sufficient behavior that stimulates the economy? The underlying economic fundamentals are still a total mess. Perception versus reality is always an interesting debate. Waverider
