Waverider On BP

From a Waveriding Naybob...

There's an incredible amount of corruption in government, far, far more than the average person understands and it defiantly appears to be getting worse.

The social contract is flawed and to a great degree that flaw directly revolves around the legalized bribe in politics that constantly violates truth, justice and integrity.

BP really is the tip of the iceberg in regard to the harm already done and more importantly, the harm that WILL inescapably come.

If error has an infinity of combinations, it also has infinity of bad consequences.

The 64K question is: How much more criminal does the system have to get before people wake up and demand fair and equal representation be part of the social contract?

History has repeatedly shown that an increasingly unreasonable, arrogant ruling class along with an ignorant, apathetic populace are the key ingredients for disastrous outcomes.

If we can't learn by reason, we shall certainly learn by punishment.

After a considerable review of the facts, there is absolutely no question BP needs to be completely and thoroughly removed from doing anything to the damaged well.

There needs to be a new focus on: ACTUALLY STOPPING THE LEAK, NOT SUCKING UP PROFITS!

It is absolute 100% BS that BP is being allowed to make money off of the well without a guaranteed plan to stop the leak immediately.

A whole new team of highly qualified experts need to be brought in, a team that doesn't have the financial incentive to do a half ass job.

Seize BP and while we’re at it lock up the criminal management. Everyone should be demanding this of their elected officials with signed recall petitions in hand!

Start recalling the elected, corporate whores and you’ll start seeing results that really do work.

All those people getting screwed by this mess need to get an honest sense of outrage and start screwing the ones responsible, instead of allowing it to happen to them.

The Nattering One muses... Operation TopHap, sucking up a whole 6% of the profits, er oil... while the other 94% flows freely.

It has now been over 7 weeks since this disaster started, yet the "guvmint" does nothing and allows BP to roam the gulf like a free range chicken.

Enough is enough, the environmental and economic damage is incalculable, we need to seize BP and its assets for reparitions in this "War".
