What's funny is, as anyone who can read a chart can see, Salmo more or less called the oil bottom and ensuing dead cat bounce. Notwithstanding Mr. Trutta's braggadocio, historically. most of his "calls" are not exactly on time to the day, but most are correct and if not, at least insightful and educating for most. I mean funny like he's a clown? No, no, I don't know, you said it "Salmo is behaving like a clown".
Regarding Salmo's gospel or grail, nobody has a crystal ball, but some can catch a glimpse of the "early edition" and thereby profit. Seeking Alpha, remember? Educating oneself towards these ends can be of benefit and provide profit. Does he amuse you? Does he make you laugh?

Although verbose (out of necessity) and occasionally less than congenial towards those who are challenged by the concepts, Salmo offers historic perspective, wisdom and adds value (thinking outside the box) towards seeking alpha from which one could benefit or profit. This is diametrically opposed to those who offer up, conventional "stay between the lines" text book commentary, along with disrespectful lampooning of those who have forgotten more than the profferer knows. A sense of entitlement (from overparenting) along with the pervasive escaping of responsibility, is at the root of the "tragedy of the commons" that we are suffering in this day and age. An opinion is much like an anus, everyone has one, so varying opinions and discourse are acceptable. Arguing for the sake of argument, childish bashing and vitriol is not. What's so hilarious?
Some individuals lack the depth and foresight, or make a conscious decision, not to make an earnest effort to understand certain concepts which go against their ingrained way of thinking, so they mock them. Later in life, as they blame every one else for their failures, except the guilty party, these types can only mock their close minded and snickering self. Tell me, tell me what's funny?
I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself further to a "man" who seeks to benefit from, yet provides no respect for, the earnest efforts provided by others, and then questions the manner in which they provide it.
