The index has been below 50 for 10 straight months, as the first leg of three down comes to a pause.

Oh yes my little "droogies", the 2nd leg down should commence when all the over priced inventory taken off the market over the Winter piles back in this Spring and Summer....
"Fly, fly, fly"..... and slightly thereafter housing sector layoffs and their dominoe effect should start to increase exponentially ...
