Inside the number: an 8.4% reduction on lower oil prices which reduced
imports -2.7% and a lower dollar which spurred export revenue to an all time high. The trade deficit with China continues to grow.

Inside the number: Deficit -4% for the first 2 months of the fiscal year. YTD receipts +9%, outlays +5%.
