The Homeless & The Hungry
I thought it was a birds nest perched on a flimsy branch of my pomegranate tree.
With 60 to 70% of domesticated and 98% of feral bee populations extinct, this heart shaped cluster of homeless feral bees was quite a sight.
You can't see the queen, she's surrounded in the middle. They will take off in a couple of days and hopefully find a fruitful permanent home.
33% of the worlds food supply comes from domesticated bee pollination, and there are no alternative methods or technologies.
Despite mans worst efforts, nature usually finds a way. For mans sake, this time she better or the talking monkee's will truly be the hungry ones.
