Trump: Russian To Judgment?

Regarding the ongoing Trump RussiaGate 2016 election collusion investigation, some friends at a financial forum commented:
"When will we all wake up from the ongoing nightmare?"
Taking a small respite from our recent theme, reasons for a market dip or free fall... Once again, not to be mistaken for Tuesday's With Morrie, it's a Thursday With Trump. We offer you now a little item called... Trump: Russian To Judgment?

You've just walked into the breakfast area at your favorite BnB and asked the hostess, "Do you ever have Deja Vu?"  her response "I don't know but I could check with the kitchen" and the following comes to mind...

AGAIN??? With that Phil Connors from Groundhog Day feeling fresh in mind, hush, hush my baby ducks, and let the Nattering One tell you a little bedtime story... AG Sessions (John Mitchell) recused himself to avoid conflict and potential prosecution?

Flynn (Kissinger), Priebus (H.R. Jr), McGahn (John Dean) and Bannon (H.R. Haldeman) have all potentially flipped? And since Comey (Archibald Cox) was fired (don't worry his notes and the Steele dossier are copious), are telling all to Mueller (Leon Jaworski)?

Meanwhile, there is a much larger problem for POTUS (Tricky Dick Nixon) in the form of Simpson (Woodward) and Fritsch's (Bernstein) enterprising Fusion GPS Senate judiciary committee hearing testimony? The House Intelligence committee has subpoenaed said information, including Trump's financial transactions with his financier Deutsche Bank (Robert Vesco).

Worry not, that testimony and evidence (Rosemary's Oval Office Tapes) will eventually be released to the public through due process subpoena.  At which point, campaign manager Paul Manafort (also John Mitchell), Rick Gates (Murray Chotiner), Jared Kushner (Edward Cox) and K.T. McFarland (Alexander Haig), might all come back in from the cold?

Speaking of the cold, the recent Russian indictments are just the start? Perhaps Deep Throat might say, that the Deutsche Bank subpeona involves records for SIV's and conduits potentially showing that POTUS has been funded by Russian sources for over two decades? TBD.

Famous last words, and here is an abridged time line which evidences quite the contrary to the above POTUS Tweet.  If the unabridged one were made public, perhaps someone would have already been impeached and VP Pence might have resigned?

In their refusal to release said "tapes and transcripts" to the public, Republicans such as Grassely - Iowa (Sam Irwin) and Graham - South Cackleacky (Howard Baker) have so far managed to shift focus and contain that information, while attempting to impugn those testifying.  One can read the opines of the impugned in this NY Times Op-Ed.

To date, the developing pattern of All The President's Men and the Republican party, is one that demonstrates an endeavor to cover up collusion, by any means and at all costs, including the future of our nation and it's democratic institutions. There are words for this kind of activity, obstruction of justice and if so then, treason.

In an attempt to answer the question posed up front...
"When will we all wake up from the ongoing nightmare?"
The following comes to mind...

The key point being, when the door shuts on all the parties being rounded up for questioning and final judgment, they ask "how do we get out of here? we're in a hurry" and the Crypt Keeper quips...
"all in good time, all in good time, it can wait, sit all of you."
One can never say that history does not repeat itself.  Perhaps some of us, much like Phil Connors in Groundhog Day, or those consigned to the Crypt Keeper, just keep reliving it over, and over and over again?

At the end of the day, this is not going to be a pretty bedtime story for POTUS or the Elephants, which may put many to bed and out of our collective misery?  But will that be the end of the nightmare, or as the Crypt Keeper knew all too well, just the beginning of a repetitious eternity in hell?

Speaking of which yesterday, new sealed charges were brought against Robert Manafort and his aide Rick Gates, see Reuters and Guardian.

All of the waxing nostalgic above brings this to mind...
