BAL@NE -7 O/U 47.5
Patriot's to win and giving -7
RESULT:  BAL 31 - 35 NE
ATS:W 2-3 SU:W 4-1

"Expect the Patriot's to dink and dunk." The lucky Pats did, however, the Ravens controlled the rock and held the Patriots to 14 yds rushing on 13 rush attempts.  Patriots play selection: 66 plays - 13 rush attempts for 19%. Since 2010, teams passing 80%+; 3-59. 1st time in playoff history that a team overcame dual 14 pt deficits. Uncle TOM was the difference BAL -1; Since 1970 in the playoffs, road teams -1 TOM, 16 - 173 = 91.5% losers.

CAR@SEA -10.5 O/U 40
Seahawk's to win and giving -10.5.
Result: CAR 17 - 31 SEA
ATS:W 3-3 SU:W 5-1

"When CAR are even or negative turnover margin, they find ways to lose.  The NFL's #1 D will find some ways for the Panthers to lose." Carolina held the rock; outgained the Squawks and found ways to lose. SEA QB Mr. Wilson came up clutch on 3rd down, 8-8; 199 yards; 3 TD. Cancellor's 90 yd pick six sealed the Panthers fate as they lost to Uncle TOM -3.  FYI, Since the 1970 merger road playoff teams -3 TOM or greater; drumroll... 1 - 73 = 98.6% losers.

DAL@GB -7 O/U 52.5
Pokes getting +7 and to win a "shocker".
Result: DAL 21 - 26 GB
ATS:W 4-3 SU:W 5-2

"Unlike the Lions, Packers coach McCarthy will have a balanced attack, Pokes have a chance if they run, hold the rock +TOP; even TOM and play keep away."  Packers rushed 30; threw 35.  Clutch, Mr. Rodgers was 15-20 in the 2nd half and 9-9 in Q4.  Pokes did all the above and had half the penalties of the Pack. Where did they go wrong? One turnover and 2 piss poor decisions. 1st half 0:40 left 3rd and 1 at GB 27; you lineup for a shotgun pass play?  Bad snap, incomplete. 4th and 1 at GB 27, a FG attempt? Eunuch's get what they deserve: 5 yd offside penalty, blocked FG. With 29 seconds, GB drove for a FG.  Pt swing 6 to 10 pts.

2nd half: 11:11 in Q3; with no one between he and the end zone, Murray fumbled an unsecured football at the DAL 44. GB converts to a FG. Pt swing 10pts.  The last nail in the coffin, 4:42 remaining; 4th and 2 at GB 32; the Packer defense is wheezing like asthmatics with their hands on their knees. What do you do? In 2014, on 4th and 2 or less; teams ran the ball 66% of the time and converted 70% of those attempts. What do you do? Throw a deep hail mary?? that is ruled incomplete. Without counting the last act of idiocy, the pt swings alone = 16 - 20 pts. Stupid is, as stupid does and as a result, the Pokes finish outside. After the game, Pokes Coach Garrett was given a fat five year extension by management, I rest my case.

IND@DEN -7 O/U 54
Bronco's to win and giving -7
RESULT: IND 24 - 13 DEN
ATS:W 4-4 SU:W 5-3

"Colts came close opening day, -2 road TOM killed them. Bunco O-line protects Manning, they will literally "run" by Colt D for TD's."  Not so fast Joe, you finish outside with Peyton 8 overthrows, 2-12 15yds+; 6-21 5yds+;107 yards; 5.1yds YPP.  How dominant were the Colts? After the Bunco's opening TD drive; 7 plays; 68 yds; 3:37, aside from garbage time, they could only muster 160 yds and 2 FG's

The Colts outgained the Buncos; held the rock TOP 34-25; and violated every rule in the book; penalties 10-2 and the sacred TOM -1 (91.5% losers) yet they won.  Lucky? Last 3 games, the secondary stepped up IND D YPP 4.0; the D is forcing opponents into 3rd and long and not giving up long plays. More to come.
