At any rate, the Ass Clown Award has to go to VP Cheney for his accidental shooting of hunting partner Harry Whittington. Perhaps Cheney was "Quayle" hunting?
We will say at the very least, former VP's known for malapropism, clumsiness and stupidity such as Spiro T. Agnew, Gerald Ford and Dan Quayle, never came close to shooting anyone, other than themselves, in the foot.
