H1B Visa Fraud - II

Continuing from Part 1...

We do need foreign talent, there is no doubt of that. I appreciate the fact that we can attract and keep the best and brightest, that’s what made this country in the first place.

Anyone who wants to make a better life should be welcome here and is through the normal immigration process. Take a number, get in line or think outside the box, like most everyone else did.

This is not an issue of xenophobia, nationalism or protectionism, it’s about right and wrong. There is a social obligation to first, utilize our existing talent base and if necessary retrain and educate domestically to fill the need.

Only in matters of grave national emergency, i.e. The Manhattan Project; and after all reasonable avenues have been honestly and earnestly exhausted, should a program outside of normal immigration, like the H1B be utilized to bring in talent.

I asked my self, so Nattering one how do you really feel about the H1B scam. And self said, oh I am seeing red right now. Five items to start….

First, these Izod wearing button down collared weasels build their Silly-Con empires on the backs of the American worker and consumer.

Second, they commit the 2nd largest larceny in history by shafting Trillions of dollars out of the public through the vulture capital IPO stock market ponzi scheme.

Third, they lay off hundreds of thousands in the fallout of their 1849 Gold Rush style bust.

Fourth, they bitch and whine like spoiled little children who never got the ass whipping they should have. Kicking and screaming when they can’t get their way about the expensing of stock options, making bogus assertions that this will cause a brain drain and loss of innovation.

Fifth, using the broadband telecom and satellite networking developed on the backs of prior generations of American engineers, they outsource a large portion of the remaining high tech and service level jobs to labor at the margin in foreign countries.

But I digress, back to Gates comments ``Anybody who's got good computer-science training, they are not out there unemployed,'' Gates said. ``We're just not seeing an available labor pool.''

Now I am fuming, he just went over the top and I am about to.

If a certain pencil necked geek could manage to pull his head out of his tight assed bung hole, open his beady little Kermit the Frog eyes and wipe the shit off his coke bottle bottom glasses, then tried looking around, he might start seeing.

Much like the expensing of stock options, the high tech grand boobahs, who infest the Bagdad’s by the Bay (Redmond, Seattle, San Jose and San Francisco) have abused the H1B program for years.

Bill Gates shorts the dollar big, then outs about it with buddy billionaire Warren Buffet. Now he wants an all you can eat buffet of foreign engineers while our talent lies fallow and asking “would you like to Super Size that order”.

You know the old saying “never rub another man’s rhubarb the wrong way.” Well, BillyGate’s comments have done just that.

After being brought to the dance, sticking his beak in the trough and feasting like a King, he wants to throw the talent away that got him where he is in the first place.

I’ve got something to say, we will not vanish into the night and we will not go quietly....and

F- - K him and the rest of these blue blooded, greedy, spineless, two faced, turncoat, bastard, Benedict Arnold CEO’s, they need be taken down and big time, by the people and for the people.

Whew, that was good for me, how bout you?

Bravo,outstanding-too bad the SEC can't find find the moral duty to force the expensing of stock options, and expose it as the ponzi scheme dilution that it really is-old line companies are going broke from offering benefits and pensions to the working man, while tech insiders get obscenely wealthy off the fleecing of hard-working American's whose 401k's from years and years of hard work are blindly and foolishly invested by pension-fund managers in these legalized ponzi schemes known as the new economy NASDAQ.........as far as the H1B-visa thing goes, what jobs can't be out-sourced,tech execs want to bring in 'temporary' lower paid workers from overseas because 'they can't find good help' is just more BS for them to lower costs, meet performance goals, issue themselves more options and continue the fraud of the American public and death of the American workplace-monkeyboy
