Dot Con

The Seattle Times recent three part expose on Infospace details how this Dot Con companies insiders made dubious deals, took investors for a ride and then cashed out. Five years ago this week, at its peak valuation of $31 Billion, Infospace was worth more than Boeing.

Infospace stock opened in 1999 @ $24, by March 2000's peak @ $1385, by June 2002 @ $3.70. On November 15, 2004 it hit a post bubble peak @ $57.92, today's price @ $40.29. The only question is, when will people learn?
