Getting Croc-ked

Shares of rubber shoe manufacturer Crocs are getting hammered, losing more than 40% of their value.

The company expects diluted earnings will range from $0.45 to $0.50 per share, which fell well short of the $0.79 consensus estimate.

Crocs shares soared nearly 450% from April 2006 to October 2007. Since their peak last October, shares have plummeted 86%.
