MON, followthrough, DJIA -23 on tepid volume with ugly internals. All DOWN cept DJTA, DJUA, XOI, XAU.
Bonds down 10 yr yield +4bps 3.51, $ up vs 1.5822€ & vs 101.105y, WTI +2% $112.05, gold up $928.5, TED spread up +9bps 1.61%.
SP500 open 1332, rise to 1335, dip to 1326, close 1328. NDX open 1796, drop to 1788, rise to 1807, fade to close 1790.
04/06: We sense something very nasty coming out of the woodshed, and it could be a major name brand.
More bad news with the 2nd of the WWW (Wachovia) panhandling for $7 billion cash and diluting their outstanding shares.
Tomorrow perhaps a bounce? with another WWW (WaMu) reporting? Get those nasty taxes done.
